Hanukkah at 384 Harvard St. will feature events from Congregation Kehillath Israel, KI Preschool & PTO, and our partners Congregation Mishkan Tefila and Center Makor. We’ll also have a special teen event at the Museum of Fine Arts!

Light Up Your Hanukkah with a S.T.E.A.M. Extravaganza

Saturday, December 9
4:30 – 5:30 pm in Epstein

Please RSVP! KI is sponsoring a limited amount of space for our families. This event is sponsored by Mishkan Tefila & KI.

Join us for a fun community Hanukkah activity and engage your S.T.E.A.M. skills with crafts for every age!

  • Children in 1st grade and below will make their own candles.
  • There will be S.T.E.A.M. stations with different crafts for children in 2nd to 6th grade to practice their science, technology, engineering, art, and math skills.

KI families please RSVP online or call 617-277-9155. KI is sponsoring spaces for our families, but a limited number of spaces are available!

If you are not a member of KI please RSVP with the CMT office. Cost is $10 per family. You may RSVP online.

Featuring Little Beats Rock-A-Baby band concert, fun for the whole family. Ages 0-7 and all families are welcome!

Teen Hanukkah at the Museum of Fine Arts

Visit the Museum of Fine Arts for an evening celebrating Hanukkah. Enjoy an array of festive musical performances, engaging tours, and family-friendly activities. Explore the MFA’s collection of Judaica, view a one-of-a-kind menorah, and join a community candle lighting.

Hang out with other teens from the community! Michal Adar, Teen Coordinator, will be at the event. Please RSVP to mainoffice@congki.org.


MenorahFest & Dinner + Annual Artistic Hanukkah Festival & Concert

Sunday, December 17

$20 per person including dinner

RSVP by Tuesday, December 12 to info@mishkantefila.orgThe program includes MenorahFest services, a dinner, and a concert. Bring your own special Hanukkah menorah and candles to be lighted at MenorahFest. We encourage you to bring a unique and interesting Hanukkah menorah that is meaningful to you.

The Artistic Hanukkah Festival will present a musical performance by our guests from L.A.: violinist virtuoso Yakov Kovinser and singer, coloratura soprano, Mariana Popzlateva.

A full dinner will be served. This event is also supported by the CJP and sponsored by Russian Jewish Community Foundation, Well Given Care, Inc., Newton Driving School, Mass Capital Mortgage Corporation and other businesses.
