For many working parents getting through the week takes much more than packing lunches, driving carpools and helping with homework…and Extra Innings is here to help!
Extra Innings gathers every activity a parent could want for their child after school under one roof. The program creates a central place for kids to hang out that is safe, fun, and, most importantly, affordable. When parents come to pick their kids up at 6:00 PM they’ve had a great afternoon and are ready to relax and enjoy some family time.
Designed to be a child’s home away from home, Extra Innings meets at KI daily from 2:15 – 6 pm. During Extra Innings kids can find homework help, music lessons, art classes, martial arts, and cooking workshops as well as Hebrew and Judaic enrichment options, or just quiet time to hang out with friends in a supervised setting, with opportunities for free play.
Registration is open and families can select 1,2,3,4 or 5 afternoons per week. To register or to learn more contact Jenny Wolfson, Extra Innings Director, at jenny@congki.org or at 617-566-0079.
