FAQs
When is the application deadline?
KI Preschool’s re-enrollment period for current students begins in November and goes through December 15th. We begin processing new applications on December 16th, with admissions notifications in early January. After this period, admissions are on a rolling basis for any available spots.
How do I apply and schedule a tour?
- Fill out this interest form on this page, or email Katie, the Director, at Katie@congki.org
- Katie will reach out to schedule a time for a tour and send a copy of important documents including tuition prices, our Parent Handbook, payment schedule and contract. Tours typically take place between 9:00AM-1:00PM, and may also be done over zoom for those out of the Brookline area.
- If you decide you would like to apply after the tour, an application and registration link will be sent via Brightwheel, our online database and communication system.
- If applying before December 15th, admissions notifications will be sent out in early January. If applying after January 1st,, admissions notifications will be sent out immediately. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- Extended day is limited. Current students have priority for extended day spots.
Do you have security?
Yes. There is a guard whenever children are on the premises. Every parent and guardian receives a photo ID badge, which allows them into the building at drop off and pick up times. We are always happy to welcome you during non pick up and drop off times, please just ring the bell! Security cameras are also in abundance.
Where is the preschool located?
We are located at 384 Harvard Street in Brookline, MA, right in Coolidge Corner. We are across the street from the Florida Rufflin Ridley School, and close to public transportation and area hospitals.
What are your hours of operation?
Our full hours of operation are 8:00AM-5:00PM. The core portion of the day is from 9:00AM-1:00PM, with extended day add-ons from 8:00AM-9:00AM, 1:00PM-3:00PM, and 3:00PM-5:00PM. Space is limited. Toddlers (under 2.9 by September) have the option of a 2, 3 or 5 day schedule.
