It’s almost time to register for KIRS, also known as KI Religious School!
Here’s a snapshot of registration information for the Kehillath Israel Religious School (KIRS) 2023 – 2024 registration. We can’t wait to learn with and from you in the year ahead! Please note that no student will be turned away due to lack of funds. Jewish Education can be expensive, but we do not want it be prohibitive. Scholarships are available to families in need, or we would be happy to come up with a payment plan that works for your family. To discuss payment options or any other questions about KIRS, please email Lisa.

New This Year – Hybrid Model
We are excited to launch a new hybrid model of Religious School this year, for our 2-5th grade students. Recognizing that family logistics and getting children from one place to the next can be challenging, we want to offer more flexibility in our program. Please note that families who participate in this program will pay an additional tuition cost for this convenience.
Students who participate in this model will continue to be required to attend KIRS in person on Thursday afternoons and monthly on Shabbat but will have the option to attend the other day of Religious School on your own schedule, from your own home. Online classes will be in partnership with Online Jewish Learning, an organization run by Rabbi Dani Eskow.
Although you are not required to be a member of KI to participate in our Religious School Program, families who are participating are encouraged to join KI as members. You can check out our Sustaining Share Membership Model here.
If you are interested in Belonging at KI (membership information), please contact Shelly Weil, KI VP of Membership. You can learn more about KIRS here.
Note: If you are a KI Member, we’d recommend making sure your ShulCloud account is up to date to simplify the registration process.
